I was the first college graduate in my immediate family — a milestone that shaped how I see potential and hard work. I earned my B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Colorado – Denver in 2006, making the Dean’s List across many semesters.
My career took me from field engineering with Schlumberger in Brazil to business development, financial leadership as a CFO, and government transformation as Chief of Experts at the Expenditure & Projects Efficiency Authority. Along the way I earned an MBA.
In 2020, I founded Saad’s Brains Academy with a single vision: to help professionals and executives realize their aspirations with confidence and strategic clarity. Today I bring that whole journey — technical, financial, and human — into every coaching conversation.
